Renewal searches were done in both film and artwork for the years 1958 and 1959 There were no listings for the film's title or for MGM/Metro etc. in artwork. There's no evidence of current copyright for the film or its related materials.
This work is in the public domain because it was published in the United States between 1929 and 1963, and although there may or may not have been a copyright notice, the copyright was not renewed.
