This is pretty innaccurate, the intended singer was not a member of Ike Turner's band, it was Art Lassiter. And it wasn't Turner who decided that Tina's vocal should remain, it was Juggy Murray, the head of Sue Records. It was also the first recorded appearence of the Ikettes (although they were the renamed Artettes) I'll re-write this at some point if I have time. Kaleeyed (talk) 13:33, 4 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
