@Dr. Blofeld I have been adding citations to the Baghdad neighborhood stubs, most of which check out. But I can't help wondering if this article Hayy Aoor actually is a spelling variation which should redirect to Hayy Ur...? Is there a way that you could check? I notice that this one didn't even make it in to the Baghdad neighborhoods template, and unlike the others, it's not linked to any non-English Wikipedia articles, either.
