As of 2008 there are now coins in the 10 tiyin, 50 tiyin, 1 com, 3 com and 5 com denominations.
There is also a 5,000 com bill which I don't see here

I am using Windows 8.1 and, in several fonts, I see ⃀ as very similar to the ruble sign ₽, but while the som sign has serifs, the ruble one doesn't.
Is it a known error?
