East Webster High School is in Maben, Mississippi. In 2022 it had 485 students with 83.5 percent white and 13.4 percent black. Its test scores were above the state average in reading and math.[1]
Wolverines are the school mascot. The school has won four district championships in football but never won a state championship.[2] In 2022 the school won a 2A softball championship.[3] Also in 2022 it won its first girls basketball title.[4]
It is in the Webster County School District. In 2022 97 percent of its third graders passed the Mississippi reading test.[5]
