The district hardly looks compact, so what is the reason for its pecular shape?
United States congressional districts, O anonymous one, do not have to be and rarely are compact. They are usually designed by partisan state governments for the benefit of their Representatives. —Markles 12:31, 29 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
