Gerrymander?[edit]

The district hardly looks compact, so what is the reason for its pecular shape?

  • United States congressional districts, O anonymous one, do not have to be and rarely are compact. They are usually designed by partisan state governments for the benefit of their Representatives. —Markles 12:31, 29 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

West Hartford?[edit]

I may be wrong, but isn't West Hartford part of the district? I don't see it on the list of municipalities.
