Kenya space program → Space programme of Kenya –. Two issues here, which should probably be discussed separately in reaching a decision on whether or not to move this page. Firstly, per the recent decision to standardise category names, "Space program[me] of [country]" would seem to be the preferred title format. While this has not yet been applied to articles, it would seem logical to start. The second issue is that per WP:ENGVAR, the article's dialect should reflect the country it has national ties to; in this case Kenya, which is a member of the Commonwealth with English as an official (albeit secondary) language. I believe the dialect spoken in Kenya uses British spelling, so "programme" would be preferred over "program". --W. D. Graham 22:18, 30 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Comment I can go with ya for the first part: Space Program of X. But I'm not sure about the second part. We agree on what WP:ENGVAR says, but I'm unclear if imputing Kenya's colonial lineage tells us what spelling is used (I've been to a number of Commonwealth states in West Africa, and spelling does follow American standards quite often). Checked three Kenyan Newspapers and although Programme is preferred for discussions within Kenya (for The East African greatly preferred), they do use both. It isn't that I am necessarily opposed to this, just that I need some clear statement on what spelling Kenya prefers, not inferences from commonwealth status to fully support.
