Randall in 2018
Randall in 2018
  • ... that astrophysicist Suzanna Randall (pictured) continued her research at the European Southern Observatory while training for the Die Astronautin spaceflight programme? Source: From ESOBlog: "Q: And now alongside your research, you’re training to be an astronaut. What drove you to apply for the Astronautin program?" Context on Randall's research at ESO and her private astronaut candidacy is covered at the top of the webpage.

    • Comment: Review to be done shortly. As far as I understand, I believe the interview by ESO (where Randall works) is appropriate for this DYK, but please let me know if I should replace any source.

  • Article is new and meets length requirements. Hook is sourced, no issues with the ESO citation as it should be fine citing the interview for the purpose of validating the hook. No neutrality issues identified, article prose is original and the DYK image has an appropriate free licence. Overall this nomination is fine, just awaiting QPQ review and it should be good to go. --benlisquareTCE 23:00, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Benlisquare: Just added a QPQ. Thank you for the review! Best, Bridget (talk) 18:13, 5 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Perfect, thanks for that. I'm fine with this nomination going ahead. --benlisquareTCE 18:25, 5 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
