Thank you proposition for expanding the article Arrowhead matrix. It appeared that your difficulties for implementing was your conflict of interest, being one of the authors of the main reference. Your proposition is now implemented, after several slight improvements. However, the result is not really satisfactory from the Wikipedia's point of view, and I believe that you are the best editor for improve it.
It seems that the only places where there is a conflict of interest are the two last sentences of section "Eigenvalues and eigenvectors". However the lack of inline citations in the body of the article gives the impression that the COI concern all the body of the article. Please, provide citations for the body for which you are not a coauthor. Also, it would be is worthy to expand the article by explaining better the utility of arrowhead matrices and describing more application fields where they have been used.
Also, I insist that you must take care with conflict of interest. Thus, please, read carefully WP:COI. Using alternative accounts or anonymous edits for masking your COI's is a very bad idea. This is called sockpuppetry, and leads very often to be banned from Wikipedia. I suspect that you have used an anonymous edit for restoring your proposition in arrowhead matrix.
