Currently, 6,495 of a total of 6,825,366 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,050) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,661 articles (about 1 in 172.093) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,156 articles (about one in 147.876) which are either good or featured.
